The Horse and Groom is a 16th Century Cotswold Stone Inn dating back to 1580. This friendly Cotswold country pub is situated in the beautiful conservation village of Oddington in the North Cotswolds just 1.5 miles south of Stow on the Wold. Our privately owned and operated free house is stylishly simple whilst retaining original features such as exposed beams, oak and flagstone floors, roaring log fires in the winter months and al fresco dining on our pretty terrace in summer months. Accommodation comprises eight individual cottage style bedrooms, all en-suite. Five of the rooms are located in the main house and three in "The Cottage". Our restaurant menu is loaded with passion, imagination and a desire to be the best dining pub in the Cotswolds. Our food is imaginative, exciting, generous and all prepared in our own kitchens using as much regional, seasonal & traceable produce as is possible. Great emphasis is also placed on our choice of rotating local cask conditioned beers, real ales and a wine list compiled with passion and offering no fewer than a choice of twenty by the glass. | ||||||||
