Under the leadership and inspiration of Head Chef Jason Brewster, our menu is loaded with passion, imagination and a desire to be the best dining pub in the Cotswolds. Jason has a disciplined and traditional approach making all his own stocks, sauces, breads, puddings & ice-creams.

Our menus change with the seasons and our 'specials board' changes twice daily simply because we prefer and strive to use as much local produce as is possible.

We purchase our Hereford beef, Cotswold lamb and Gloucester Old Spot pork from Jesse Smith's Butchers in Cirencester. Our fish is sourced, where possible, from British waters and arrives daily from our supplier in Brixham.
