The Horse and Groom is the quintessential English 16th Century Cotswold Stone Inn dating back to 1580 since its early days as a simple hostelry. Situated in the beautiful conservation village of Oddington in the North Cotswolds just 1.5 miles south of Stow on the Wold.

Our privately owned and operated free house is stylishly simple whilst retaining original features such as exposed beams, oak and flagstone floors, roaring log fires in winter months, al fresco dining on our pretty terrace in summer months and eight individual cottage style bedrooms.

Our food is imaginative, exciting, generous and all prepared in our own kitchens using as much regional, seasonal & traceable produce as is possible. Great emphasis is also placed on our choice of rotating local cask conditioned beers and a wine list compiled with passion and offering no fewer than a choice of twenty by the glass.
